Ratcliff Development Group has been building homes around the Lake Conroe
area for nearly 10 years and have built over 80 homes.  Their specialty is the
French Acadian style home.  They have also built many other styles to fit the
home owners desire.  The owner, Steve Ratcliff, grew up in Lafayette and has
strong ties to Louisiana.  The unique Acadian style and intricate detail of these
homes are exactly what captured their love of these homes.
